Reflex-OIL-ogy™ of the Muscular System

Muscle aches and pains are a common everyday issue. Tight and tense muscles can be your body’s way of letting you know there are imbalances that need to be addressed.

This one day class will teach you how to locate and treat your body’s muscles through the reflexes on your feet as well as give you natural wellness tools including; essential oil usage, an understanding of the emotional aspect of muscular pathologies and a simple effective way to release muscle tension by balancing  the foundation of your body.

Being an Ingham Reflexologist for over 25 years, I have seen how environmental toxins in our air, food, water, media and personal care products have hardened the reflex areas in our hands and feet.  I began using Essential Oils on the reflexes of the feet and found them to be very helpful in creating an oxygenized therapeutic impulse flow of energy into the body.

 

In this eight hour class you will be able to experiment for yourself and examine the effectiveness of incorporating Essential Oils into the body through Reflex-Oil-ogy™ to promote the release, relaxation and restoration of your muscles.

We will also :

​Explore the Anatomy of the Muscular System and how every muscle is reflected onto the feet; Practice how to apply the

AAA Reflex-Oil-ogy™ Technique; Understand the emotional and metaphysical connections to muscles and movement and learn how to guide yourself and others through their own Emotional Congestion Release Technique; Learn how to best determine what Essential Oils to use for the muscular system and way to  support our working tissues; and Learn self help stretches to facilitate a balanced healthy posture and functioning of our hard working muscles. 

Please bring a zero gravity chair and working chair with wheels to share with a partner.  You will be changing the angle from which you work on the feet and a working chair with wheels will make it much more comfortable for you. Be sure and bring a bed size pillow and regular bath towel.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

A minimum of a $100.00 deposit is required with your registration. 

Balance is due the morning of the actual class.

Reflex-OIL-ogy™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any pre-registered class that does not meet the minimum number of pre-registrations up to seven days prior to the class.  If the class needs to be rescheduled, registered students may choose between receiving a full credit towards a future class or a refund of their fee, minus processing fees. 

If a life event forces you to cancel your participation, a refund, minus processing fees, will be issued with a legitimate cancellation request received seven days prior to the class.  After that, you will receive a credit for a future class.
