What do you do when you are feeling not quite right, sick at home by yourself, or your loved ones are feeling miserable and you aren’t sure how to help them? 

This Care Class will focus on using essential oils on the reflex areas of the feet to help relieve and alleviate the effects of respiratory discomforts. You will learn how to lower a fever on others, yourself and children; identify each sinus cavity and how to release headaches, sinus and nose congestion; and what to do to settle a cough and shortness of breath by using Reflex-OIL-ogy™.

This class is being offered as a LIVE WEBINAR at two different times for your convenience; 12:00 or 7:00pm

When you attend Thursday, please have your essential oils handy as well as your feet, or the feet of someone else, so you can practice the skills being presented. You do not need to have all the oils listed and you may even have some others that are not listed, but try to have at least one or two to “play with”. You will be locating a reflex area and then applying an essential oil.

Single Essential Oils we will be discussing are: Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Frankincense, Lemon, Copaiba, Black Spruce    ( or any conifer oil ), Thyme, Lemongrass, Hyssop, Dorado Azul. We will also discuss Young Living Blends of Thieves, Raven, R.C., Breathe Again.

All LIVE PARTICIPANTS will be entered into a drawing to WIN an essential oil diffuser as well as an Essential Oil!
