1) Follow the CDC Guidelines 2) Drink good water, eat good food, think good thoughts and speak good words 3) Take your all supplements: Vit D and minerals, especially zinc and selenium 4) Use your essential oils on the feet, inhale, diffuse and take internally, if approved for such; i.e. Put 1 tsp honey in bottom of a mug, add 1 drop Lemon EO, 1 drop Thieves EO and 1 tsp apple cider vinegar. Stir. Add hot water, stir again and sip throughout the day.
